yeah I left a post on the gearbox/borderlands tech support forum. no replies as of yet.Claptrap said:I never had that problem, I ran it with XP and win7 and it worked fine, Sounds stupid but have you tired posting on borderlands forum/googleing?
But about the game, I would only really play it if you got freinds who want to play it with you, Because just joining with randoms hardly ever works (They run ahead steal loot, Prob have played the game 8 times etc)
Its great fun with freinds, Okay single player, And pretty shit random server joining, I think theres an escapist borderlands group somewhere if you want to play with people who arent idiots.
I played it through with my dad and we had great fun, Dont give up![]()
I think people were expecting it to have a great story, because it was an rpg, Honestly it was great fun to get away from all the serious story crap that most rpgs do, And the whole idea of "choice" rpgs seem to like doing.rabidmidget said:I'm surprised by all of the negative comments about Borderlands, i find it tonnes of fun!
I returned the 360 version pretty quick when it came out because I bought it without considering that online play meant dealing with xbox live. I'm enjoying it a bit now though thanks to their ridiculous sale.WaNNaBJusTLiKeU said:I just got bored of the repetitivity of it in the end, I owned it on the 360, it was definitely worth playing though and the Steam sale gives it at a great price.
