the final boss(doom dragon) music was unbelevable.
it was just so beautifule and epic at the same time.

I loved the soundtrack for the upper levels of Venus lighthouse in the first game.

yes. games today could take a lesson on battle music and setting the mood through music from golden sun.
i cant wait for the one on the ds.

The boss fights on God Hand have some unforgettable music. The 4 Devas, the Mad Midgets, and those 3 Demons have awesome tracks.

The Deva tracks even have sinister remixes when they transform, like the piano on one song turning into a pipe organ.

Can't honestly think of any better boss theme.

Shadow of the Colossus is pretty much entirely boss fights. Therefore the entire sountrack is composed of boss music. Henceforth the entire soundtrack could kick any other soundtrack's arse up and down the street.

Ergo listen to the entire Shadow of the Colossus soundtrack. Although the Opened Way is probably the cream of the crop (only matched by Demise of the Ritual, Silence, and Creeping Shadow).

Unsurprisingly, so many FF boss themes mentioned already, but one more won´t hurt, right. Esper Battle from FFXII really has the "I`m so going to have my ass kicked"-feeling I like about boss themes.

Anyone remember Heart of Fire from Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow? Perfect tune for fighting against one from the Belmont family.

Another boss theme (if you qualify this as a "boss theme") definitely worth mentioning is Powerful Foe from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones. Damn, I enjoyed beating the crap out of Valter.
