Ok, so to elaborate on the title, far too many potential pulse-racing fights in modern games are cut down by a convenient cutscene, interrupt, plot macguffin, or similar. And, if you actually do get to fight the enemy, it often becomes a mess of quick time events where any real playtime is sliced out by 80% of the major damage, including the finisher, being caused during movies-with-buttons.
So my question is, who, and in what game, did you really want to fight, but instead were rudely handed one of the above? Also, why'd you want to fight them? (Creepy? Awesome? Nemesis?)
