Bragging Rights: What's the most incredible shot you've made?

A real life kill, while on a trip in Denmark we went to a archery center. (i have never done it before). While shooting at normal archery targets we were told that the crow populaion was insaine and killing a crow was encouraged. (there was about 30 on the range at the time)

Well needless to say the rest of my group went for them like crazy. I on the otherhand just kept going for the normal practice target, thinking "ha i'll never get one of them"

On my last arrow before we went to recollect them for the round. It was going striaght for the bullseye and i felt so chuffed, and then bang.....crow flys straight into its path, kills the crow thru the neck and hits the target bang on.

Everyone, me, my group and the instuctors(who are pro's) look at me in awe. Several of the instuctors and memebrs who where nearby at the time said it was the best shot they had seen all year. It was totally a fluke!

havnt made any cool shots IRL, but in BF:BC2 i once shot down an enemy helicopter by headshotting the pilot. It then fell to the ground and exploded killing the 2 turret gunners on board.

So I was playing Counter-Strike in a LAN cafe with others on local multiplayer. It was the Italy map and I took the left path at CT spawn. I went up that staircase with Desert Eagle at the ready. I turned to look at the bridge firing a single shot simultaneously. Magically, it hit a T in the head, killing him instantly.

He stood up from his computer a row over from me and yelled, "Who shot me?!?!" It was one of those aim-bot-like shots. He then stammered on about hacking and aim-botting before sitting back down. It was most hilarious.

I shot a leg off of a rabbit at about 150 yards with an AR-15 when I was about 7. My dad would take me out to a field to hunt rabbits all the time, but this shot was definitely lucky.

Last week we were playing basketball in gym (not really playing more like taking really stupid trick shots that always missed) I crouched facing away from the net, put swung the ball between my legs and threw it overhead and it bounced off the metal bar holding up the net and swished into the net.

Needless to say, I bragged about it for 15 minutes.

In Halo 3, on Legendary, I managed to get a pretty awesome streak of three kills against three different Jiralhanae. I spent a minute or so trying to line up a single head shot with the sniper rifle against one of them, being really careful to try and follow as closely as possible his path of movement and the stops he kept making. After a short while I fired the shot, realising there were two more enemies within my scope's sights. I then proceeded to fire on each of them and managed another two headshots, from a massive distance (and straight below their helmets, so instakill each time) against the remaining pair as they were running, going berserker (in random directions as I was out of their sight).

To be fair I always choose to play as a sniper and/or marksman, so I'm used to getting headshots like that. But I've never before or since got as clean a trio of kills as that, in such difficult circumstances .

Speeding along a boat whoop-de-doo when I suddenly ramp off an island and land on a government soldier. They're chasing after me, so I speed up to full speed, then stunt jump so I can shoot at the boats following me.
Somehow didn't notice a small island. Ramped off it as I scoped in and got a double headshot on the gunner and the boat's driver. Which veered off and crashed into the boat 50 feet away from it.

Rico: "Yeah, I totally meant to do that. In fact I'll do it again *spawns more boats with his wizard powers*"

IRL:
During a paintball game with a couple of friends, I was hiding behind a wheel alongside another guy when he got hit by a bunch of paintballs and was sent off. I then peered round the corner as two guys broke cover and came running towards the wheel so I immediately sent a flurry of paintballs their way. It was funny seeing them taken by surprise and falling on each other as I yelled double kill.

In-game:
Probably a OH SHI- shot I did in COD: MW2 once after turning around and seeing someone sneaking up on me. Took at three people with that one shot.

In Oblivion, I've gotten very precise with my Bow, arcing shots from great distances, but my most favorite shot was fired in a cavern and struck a Troll directly in his middle eye, perfectly center. I was very pleased with myself.

In Battlefield 1942 Desert Combat. I shot the pilot out of an F-15 as it was attempting to strafe me with its machine guns, with a few rounds from my M16A2. It was really more of a defiant gesture that as I watched him barreling in at me, in the middle of the desert, having just be shot down myself. It was a very Ahab, White Whale moment for me. It was quit the surprise when I suddenly gained a kill, and watched the F-15 veer off and slam into a near by mountain.

I've had many an awesome shot in Bad Company 2. Helicopter pilots, Helicopter gunners, etc. but the one that I found the most awesome was a land to boat head shot. I was to the right of some land sticking out into the water, this boat starts heading to the other side of it. I think that in real life that bullet would have cut a few blades of grass. I got him at the last possible instant. When it happened I think my jaw actually dropped. That probably didn't sound that awesome but It was when I made the shot.

I shot a squirrel in the head with a pellet rifle. I'm bad with estimates so I don't know how far away it was. 20 feet? I dunno.

I was playing counter strike source with a friend of mine one day. It had random weapons set and I got the scout sniper. I doubted I would get anything but I tried. I see a guy and I manage to head shot him. No big deal but some random guy walking down the same hallway gave me that double head shot I got.It's definitely not amazing like the knife or like some other shots Iv'e seen but I couldn't help but just feel awesome for ten minutes.

Oh, yeah. I'll post this cos it TOTALLY rates a mention.

IRL: I saw an Ausie S.A.S. seargent stand on the 300m mound, with his back to the target. Cocked, spun and unloaded 30 single shot rounds in 10-15 sec flat. He hit dead centre with less than 20mm of spread (around 2/3").

I was suitably impressed.

Australia has it's own S.A.S.? Didn't know that. Is it like a branch of the British one or just inspired by it. Sorry, commonwealth hierarchy makes my brain hurt, and I'm actually FROM a commonwealth country.

OT:Not a single shot, but this one time in CoD4, I held down half of the entire map on my own. Remember that MP level "Bog". Remember the small hill in the middle? Well me, there, with a red dot SAW (or one of the other MG's) suppressed the entire team and held them back near the Wall and the Abrams just long enough to call in three aiistrikes in that one position where their whole team was taking cover. Highest kill count to date, since I'm not really a very good player anyway. Awesome XD

In Battlefield: Bad Company 2, I used my faithful Dragunov, with ACOG scope, to headshot someone across the map. It was... I think it was something bay or the like. I saw a pixel moving whenever I was scoping out the enemy, so, being the twitchy little shit I am, I adjusted my aim, fired, and waited. When nothing happened, I shrugged, turned away, only to be rewarded by the sweet announcement of HEADSHOT

Also, this wouldn't count as a shot, but on Modern Warfare 2 I got a 19 kill streak using a Riot Shield. Nothing else. No grenades, no secondaries, no killstreaks, just the Riot Shield, beating people up with it. The only thing stopping me getting a nuke was my little brother running and and jumping in front of the screen.
