The song is as annoying as all hell. I blame the record company for picking it up, and blame the DJ for remixing, AND the audio team on GTA for thinking "YEAH, lets stick that in!"
Perhaps incidents like this will get more Creative Commons tracks into games, seeing as the music industry and copyright laws are such a mess that even after professionals complete the process it can all get so bollocked up the entire game needs to be recalled worldwide anyway..
What the hell use is a record label that can drop the ball that badly? Since Rockstar has someone's signature on the paperwork, someone got paid for something they shouldn't have.
