BREAKING: Anita Sarkessian Seeks Political Asylum

Anita Sarkeesian, controversial gaming figure known for her series Tropes vs. Women in Video Games has decided to seek political asylum for her continued harassment on the Internet.

"F**king neckbeards think they can break me? All this does is make me stronger than before; I feed myself off their complaining and whining" said Sarkeesian.

When asked where she would consider moving, she was hesitant to answer and give too many specific details

"Basically, I have a virtual army after me. Every single thing I do is carefully analyzed to see how I'm supposedly 'ruining video games.'

"Right now though, I'm thinking of meeting up with Edward Snowden in Russia and together we'll both work towards our respective goals. Hopefully before the residency permit ends, we will return in a glorious fashion; think Daenerys returning to Westeros kind of awesome with dragons and sh*t" said Sarkeesian

When asked whether or not this asylum would hurt her production of her Tropes vs Women, Sakressian declined to comment.

I dont really know how im going to say this in a neutral way. So im going to say it anyway.

Its fucking stupid of her to expect to get a political asylum. Shes not being targeted by any government. And if anyone was out to get her, they would have done it a year ago when she was more relevant.

Either she is just acting on paranoia, in which case she more than deserves when she goes out of her way to bait as much flak as she gets.

Or shes doing all of this for publicity. Since we all know her audience has been dwindling over the past year.
