The dream machine thingy from Inception.
Think about it. Go a couple of dream levels down, re-enact anything and everything. Re-enact Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Star Trek, WW2, etc. Do it from any perspective, literally become Darth Vader or Picard or Aragorn (or Boba Fett
). Create anything at will.
And do all that in the equivalent of a few hours of sleep with no consequences? (other than possible addiction of course)

How about a book on how to before real magic using your emotions as a fuel source because that is one item and you now have something you can copy so that multiple people can know how to do this.
