Ive been invited to a halloween party on friday and im not sure what kind of drink to bring. The invite says to 'bring your own booze.' Im 18, but id say a quite a few people there will be underage. Should I buy cans of beer and share? Would that be a quick way of getting to know people? Im not a massive party person as you can probably tell lol. I have an unopened naggin of smirnoff someplace though. What would be appropriate?

I would usually bring some rum or other stronger alcohol for myself, and mix it with cola, but it's very personal what you enjoy drinking. Having a few spare beers to give away or drink yourself is never wrong either, just make sure you or someone else doesn't get too drunk. It's never fun to be that guy who threw up on the carpet.

Your best bet is to take a case of beer, say 10 cans, if your looking to make friends. Enough for you to drink with a few left over for others.
I usually bring a 6 pack of cider, Blackthorn to be precise. It's cheap, tastes damn good and best of get's you apsolutely fucked half way though the second pint. It deadly but wonderful stuff. Also it's easy to share, though I generally don't as a rule.
That depends on how underage and incapable of getting their own alcohol the people attending are. Hopefully there will be loads of girls you can save from the curse of not being intoxicated. I think you can see how that could pay for itself.RocksW said:

Dude if you wanna stand out don't get beer. People bring cases of beer and they'll glance over at you and say we've got three kegs in the back. This would be a real party, a big one, if its not gonna be more then 10 people beer would be fine.
Women love drinking new light liquor i'd suggest 99 bananas not just because that stuff is delicious but because every women says i wanna try that and every guy will insult until they try a shot and about puke their guts up on the floor. I borrowed a bottle from my parents because they don't like it and that is the way to make some friends, bring some liquor they've never heard before. Its a bit expensive i believe.
