Meccs from "Giants: Citizen Kabuto"? Though it's a largely British cast so I'm not certain if it counts... Any complaints? Or have I completed the challenge?
Well, the Meccs were, but the rest of the cast were aliens, despite having Scottish or French accents, and whatever Delphi had. So, I'd say it was about half British and half not.

You're calling that **** not evil? Either I'm remembering that DLC wrong or you lose :p
He wasn't evil, he just got... a bit carried away with revenge. Or, in other words, was a dick but not evil.
Correct me if I'm wrong then but...
doesn't he force you to kill a whole town full of people or something to keep him? That's pretty fucking evil in my book :p

Just going by the games that I have nearby, the only guy that I've found that could fit would be Captain Anderson from Mass Effect. But since he doesn't sound British, I'm not sure if he counts...
Captain Anderson is not even slightly British, I don't know how you came to that conclusion.

But I would agree with others that Captain mc Millien and the snarky British guy from Ass Creed were good examples/

Desmond Lockheart from Fallout 3 Point Lookout.

"What's the difference between you and me, kid? What makes a gifted killer like yourself into a rock-hard bastard like me? The answer is TRAINING you ignorant FUCK! I've got a hundred years of experience on you, and don't you forget it!"

What a legend.
That guy was my favorite character in the whole Fallout universe, made me damn proud to be British! (wipe away patriotic tear)

The baron and killmaster from brutal legend, Nigel west dickens in red dead redemption, the boxer from L.A Noire, McDonagh from bioshock (although he may or may not be dead), I'm pretty sure there's at least one other than tenpenny in fallout 3 and sofia and elanor lamb from bioshock 2.

Point 5 is a little stupid... I mean; it means that Captain Price is ruled out of this purely because he hangs around with other SAS guys...
Yeah I agree. Its hard to find an isolated character of any nationality. And even if you can find one they are almost always playable or a villain or else they would be the same as all the rest.

OT: Does evil mean enemy or completely evil? The top hat skeleton in Darksiders is a british enemy but he doesn't seem to be evil. I mean war is being hunted by heaven so trying to kill him can be good.

EDIT:

The british skeleton thing in Darksiders. He didnt really serve any purpose and hes intentions are never shown, so we don't know if hes evil or not.
I can't believe anybody else remembers him.

You're half-right. He WANTS to sacrifice the workforce of a generator, or factory, or something to kill his nemesis, but I only let him do that once. Even then, that's not really what I'd call "evil" - more "the ends justify the means", which is a mighty dick move, but not an "evil" one (protip: you don't kill anyone, you leave them to die). Other than this vendetta, he's largely an OK guy, if still a merc.

So basically, I consider him badass, and a nasty devil, but not evil.

I'ma say the lieutenant that was Captain Badass Price's mentor in that sniper mission from COD4.
HE WAS SCOTTISH! EDIT: Nevermind.
That doesn't make him not British... Scotland is, as I'm sure has been pointed out about three time already in this thread, part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Thus he is "British" if not English.

Unless of course the SNP have finally got their way since I last checked!

Alright, since I lost both CoD:2's Price, MacGregor, and Sgt. Waters from CoD1, I'll just go with Major Ingram from his appearance in Call of Duty 1 and in Call of Duty United Offensive. He was surrounded by Dutch Resistance in UO and was rescued by Americans in the first, so he fits every one of those.
Also, he's the voice actor for the Medic in TF2.

Captcha: blluDc says. What does he say?

I haven't played the game in a long time, but I'm pretty sure the Meccs were supposed to be Australians.

A person willing to sacrifice the lives of a large number of innocents to get revenge on one person is not evil?

End justifies the means is an "evil" philosophy and even within it, it is generally assumed that the end is greater than the means, which is why it's justified. Killing one person who's not a threat to anyone does not justify a number of innocent lives.

This "one person who's not a threat to anyone" is the guy who founded and is in charge of the Blue Suns Mercenaries, a group of murderous bastards for hire who kill innocents (and occasionally guilty people) for a living. Besides, I don't consider "the end justifies the means" an intrinsically evil concept, just a MASSIVELY dickish one, which is why it's usually only used by villains. Zaeed would be the exception. And like I said, it's not as if this is an everyday occurrence for him - this was one instance of vengeance-fueled rage, which you can help him snap out of if you wish.

Most people in the Fable games, and Soap from the Modern Warfare games.
Soap was playable in both MW games I think you meant captain price
But Capt. Price was also playable (at least in MW1). So the closest person in the MW series would be Macmillan.
On the other hand, none of these count since they all hang around with other British people. Damn it.

You can? Hmmm, could be that I didn't have the Paragon/Renegade score to talk him out of it due to my Shepherd not being a one dimensional character, despite the fact I did his loyalty mission after just about everything else in the game :<

Still, I stand by the fact you've gotta be evil to be willing to sacrifice a score of innocents just to get revenge. And the guy might've been the head of the Blue Suns, but his death wouldn't have saved anyone, they'd just replace him, it's not like Zaeed takes control of them and sets them straight, right?
