Dude, I call everyone "dude". I call chicks "dude". I call my mom "dude", much to her chagrin. I don't use that word online but in the meatspace I say it once every fifteen words or so.

I say 'dude' and use the term 'brah' ironically :3

I used to say 'dank' ironically but it has worked its way into regular speech ._. I ask for forgiveness from dictionaries! D:

The people who says these words are generally "posers", or to use the 21st century term: "twats".

The "bro" thing started as people poking fun at frat boys that use the word. Now it's used by every nerd and his dog in an attempt at humour.

I used to use man, like "hey man" when i couldn't remember someone's name, but i've slowly replaced that with "oi".

i say "dude", 'cause i was born in '80. i only say "word" and "bro" ironically, though.
I'm pretty much the same, with the exception being that I was born in 82 and I also say man without the ironic tones.

I've never been one to say bro that much but I use dude and man in at least every other sentence I use. I've even accidentally with my professors enough times that they get blandly irate with me. At least most people have no problem with the the dude abiding.

I use "bro," "dude," and "man," along with "homie," "dawg," "G," "my nizzle," and sometimes even "home skillet" if I'm in the right mood. I used to say them just to be funny, but now they are a part of my regular vernacular.

I stick using dude. That being said, I despise "bro" vehemently. The only people I literally see using that word are complete tools.

I say "man" quite a bit.
I NEVER say "bro", and I very rarely say "dude" anymore.

I say "dude" a lot, online and off, and I say "man" a lot online. Not offline though. They make boring sentences more interesting!

Recently I realized that I start to say things ironically and then they legitimately join my lexicon.

While I have always said "dude" and "man" I recently realized that I say "word" and "bro" more and more often. At first it was just as a joke, but now I sincerely say these things.

So long story short, anyone else say "bro, man, or dude"?

Also are there any words you used to say for ironic purposes that you now say legitimately?
Yes. Only around my friends. I still have to be professional at times. :D
