Has to be Oblivion: it's the only title I've ever played where I deliberately tried not to push the thing to hard, lest it went pop. Just look at the bug lists on the unnofficial wiki, and you'll see it goes on forever. One quest is completely glitched, with the reward getting stuck in your inventory and eventually causing the notorious 'permanent stat increase' error, where an item's effects become irreversible. How do things like that get past testing?

Fallout 3 is much better put together in general, although that too trips up here and there.

actually I had the biggest problem with MKvsDC in the sense that nothing saved even when done manually. So I never got to fully unlock everything as I would basically start from scratch every time I turned it on.

NHL 09 was pretty buggy as covered above...

Fable2, and force unleashed though I never had a problem with those to be honest " or never noticed at any rate.
Well thats what you get for playing mk vs dc. serves u right.

* playfully twirls her hair, and widens her eyes to be as mockingly angelic as possible*

I cant help it, the new sonya was too sexy to resist, and Im a weak minded woman who caves into things easily

Fable 2 - the only game on my 360 I have had to get the disk replaced because of a game-breaking bug. Although apparently it was the disks fault...

So if not Fallout 3...

You're not missing much to Unlock for MK Vs. DC in all fairness.
Two characters who are pretty much a clone of one another, i was disappointed to say the least.

Buggiest game for me would have to be GTA IV, watching people fall out of cars on fire is always hilarious, especially when there is no reason for it.

Empire: Total War is a mess in its current state, and it has a memory leak the way the Titanic had a "leak" after it hit the iceberg.

Fable 2, easily. It's one of the buggiest games I've ever played, especially when put next to the first game, which was seriously polished, what little there was.
Wow, realy?

I've had not one single problem with that game at all.

Fallout 3 is so far the only game to crash on me on its own and not because of my disk drive. I had to restart my character two times because it would freeze mid load, corrupting the save data.

To ElegantSwordsman NPCs can occasionally get killed depending on their locations. If people are standing around in Bigtown then the super mutants may start picking them off.

I didn't seem to find issue with the NHL09 items some people bring up, however I am getting some problems with Madden of the same year. Once I attempted a game and the bears were not a selectable team.

Buggiest I've played is Spider-Man 3, considering it froze and crashed every few hours. Fable 2 is buggy too although they finally got a patch out.

Two Worlds, it ran like a Powerpoint presentation most of the time.
THANK YOU FOR REMEMBERING!

I almost forgot all about that game even though i was like 100 hours in!

Its a good game, but it gets boring after awhile when you learn you can one shot a dragon with a statted axe.
