Buggiest game for current generation of systems

Saints Row 2 I had a lot of fun glitches...

Crash the system
Get stuck inside a house you can't actually enter, i.e. in a wall
bounced 100 feet in the air.... off of the surface of the lake
took out a speeding train... by touching it with a motorcycle
balanced a car perfectly on its front bumper, then got out an walked away
the list goes on, but those are some of the more interesting ones

Mercenaries 2. I was playing online co-op with my boyfriend and I was driving, then fell through the road and proceeded to fall. and fall...and fall. I was floating way up high above Maracaibo and then when I finally fell to earth, I carried on through and did it all again!!
I couldn't even pause it to quit, just had to go straight back to Dashboard, stupid game.

I'm gonna go with Mercenaries 2. Your main character is locked when you start the game, but one time, after my co-op partners game froze, I loaded up my save, and found that I was playing as his character. And each character has different abilites, so I was fucking pissed. I WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON! Dialogue and extra costumes changed, too.

Empire: Total War is a mess in its current state, and it has a memory leak the way the Titanic had a "leak" after it hit the iceberg.

This sounds familiar to me during a seige battle. It's suddenly lagging for no reason and then suddenly...it stops.

The bugs in that game tease me, making me think I can run it perfectly and then it shows that...no one is safe.

I also saw a cannon on the walls float around, which at first I thought the game AI was cheating, making fucking flying cannons.
