MineCraft. I'm playing Vanilla Oblivion, and it doesn't even COMPARE.

Sure, it's still in Beta, but it really doesn't look like they'll all be sorted in time. There are just too many.
Minecraft? I have had some bugs here and there, but the game seems pretty solid to me. Nothing game killing at all.

Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing

No excuses...
Beat me to it.

Ring n' Roll wasn't much better.

Or Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions on the NGC; the 2P pursuit mode had the criminal clip the scenery and crash on the rolling start, so the police player automatically won, every game.

True Crime: Streets of NY was completely loaded with bugs, so much to the point that I couldn't even play it.

New Vegas. Didn't stop me from loving the game, but it sure tried. Still my current playthrough has had very few glitches, with only like 1 CTD (80 hours in by the way).

Fallout 3 as well. Had more CTD issues with Fallout 3 than any other game.

Fallout 2, I love that game and it is my all time favorite PC game, but that game is notoriously buggy, like you can take some quests that are uncompleteable without community mods and patches. Most of the bugs are character or quest related but none of them are game breaking, just annoying, and luckily the quests that are buggy are not necessary to beat the game and their rewards aren't that good.

Oh and idk if you would count this as a bug but the European version didn't have children in it due to their laws and that made an entire town or 2 pointless.

Tomb Raider Legend was irritating. More than a few times I would have to take a leap of faith because of not getting a good view of the ledge I'm trying to jump at. Otherwise I would randomly stutter when walking around, showing that the floors were also poorly constructed. Good game but was awfully annoying.

Modern Warfare 2, both single and multiplayer. That game closed itself more frequently then the chamber of a machine gun, and I got really sick of it really fast. Need for Speed Most Wanted also takes a place on this list, since I had more crashes into the what I like to call ''invisble walls'', a rudiment for cutting corners at the design department. And inevitably, GTA: San Andreas. Mostly because of the huge map, because per square mile, there were just as many bugs as in Vice City.

Oh,yeah,BTW,if anyone is still playing any of the TES games, you can check out this website,it's like the encyclopedia of TES.Not sure about the first 2 titles in the series, but about Morrowind and Oblivion,it has EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING.Could be useful if you're trying to find a way around bugs or simply want some kind of special item or something else.I used this when I played through Oblivion(with every single expansion pack included) and it was extremely helpful.

Stalker was pretty buggy with broken scripts and missions among many other things. Patched up with some user mods it's an awesome game with a unique and memorable feel.

And the old D&D game Pool of Radiance: Ruins of Myth Drannor could cause windows system files to uninstall along with the game files during removal. That's some kind of ultra fail.

And of course most games developed by Obsidian Entertainment, that was a fact before New Vegas. The games they make are good though, it's a shame they don't put more effort into bug fixing prior to a game's release.

My own buggiest game was definitely New Vegas on the PS3. It was bad enough that I stopped playing it outright. Not to mention that the game was very very fragile, in that straying away too much from the set path completely destroys the main quest. That just should not happen in any game with a sandbox environment.

Sadly it didn't have this though:
Just annoying bugs, nothing hilarious.

The best and the buggiest are often the same. Innovation and vision go hand-in-hand with biting off more than you can chew.

Well, I agree, apart from the constant crashes, the random lighting on fire, and the insane lack of playtesting before each patch is released, the game runs fine!
I've never encountered those things, and I'm not even kidding. Before, at some points, the character started moving in one direction and would never stop until I pressed enter; at others it would crash for no reason; and at others, I would do stuff, come back, and everything would be as if nothing had happened at all which was weird. But these were really, really spaced.

Honestly, I haven't had much trouble with the game. The 'random lightning on fire' thing that you mention I've never seen.
