It was neat, and creepy, till you get to the part where it only works on bullets going slower then normal. Which is kinda pointless I suppose that they titled the news story like that. But I suppose its all in baby steps and if they are on the right path they could succeed in time.

Not as tough as leather then. Very impressive, I'm sure that when the enemy adopts guns that can almost fire bullets they'll be millionaires.

Well if I ever get attacked by stealthy ninjas using subsonic ammunition and it richochets before hitting me, I'm sure I'd appreciate this.

Otherwise, it'd just slow the bullet down, making it do more damage.
