Super Stimpacks in Fallout 2. The best way to kill an enemy, when you do not want his/her allies to turn against you.

Because using those super stims heals them. But then the aftereffects kick in as since they already were at max health, those super stims gave them no extra HP. Just poisoning of the highest order. And so they die from the cumulative effects of the Super Stim DoTs.
good times...

I supposed I could add 'Luck' to this list. While playing Fallout 3 I came across raiders in an area with several cars. Their first shot towards me, with a shotgun I think, ending up hitting a car infront of the raider. Seeing this I backed up, the car exploded taking the raiders and 2 other cars with it, all with me taking no shots.

So I was playing the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 demo, and something odd happened. I got a kill- with a defibulator. So that got me thinking- there's quite a bit of seemingly non-lethal stuff in games that can kill.

So, I ask, what is the least weapon-y thing you have used to kill someone in any game? It could be a defib like I said, or a Care Package in MW2. The possibilities are endless!
I killed a guy in bioshock with his own freaking hat!
I love telekinesis.

I was once killed by a grenade...that didnt explode.

Also in MW2 if someone is in last stand a stun or a mflash bang will kill you...somehow.

Also anything that can be fired out of the Rock-It Launcher in Fallout 3, i knew cigs could kill but not that quickly.

Killed a Korean with an orange out of a fruit bowl in Crysis once. Threw it at his face and he went flying about 10metres.

As someone else mentioned, in assassin's creed you can pick up broomsticks and use them like a mace to beat people to death rather visciously. Another thing you can sometimes do (it doesn't always let me) is pick up the lute players instrument and it counts as a knife, so you can slit peoples throats with the sweet sound of music.

M203 in the face from about 5 feet away in COD:MW Had to think fast and got lucky, I was so stoked to find that they programmed it not to detonate inside the safe range, yet still allowed it to do projectile damage on impact. Loved it.

I medkit'd a zombie to death once. Took a long time, but it was quite entertaining.

Let me heal you to death!

the chronosphere in Red Alert 2. It was meant to teleport units, not make doggies, GIs and Tanya die.

The only time I thought it was lethal, in my mind, was porting land vehicles into the water and subs onto land.

In Septerra Core, if you gave bread to zombies it would do damage. Nobody seems to know what that game was though.

I remember in FF2 (American port, GBA), if you used a healing spell (cure, Curaga, etc, etc) on a zombie ("undead" type enemy), if damages them
In warcraft 3, I used a healing spell to heal my zombie allies, but it is able to kill non-undead targets.
Yeah WC3 had the Death Coil spell which healed undead and hurt humans and the Holy Light spell which did the opposite, acctually there was one time when my base was unded attack by two gargoyles so I told my plaladin to perform Holy Light on them and it actually healed them, weird maybe a glitch.
