hehe, looking at my keyboard, I discovered the "¦" button. that's gonna make my emoticonning SO much better:

"Ugh... I can't BELIEVE you said that ¦-|" I feel happier already!

I think, for those moments when you happen to be talking to someone, and they say something monumentally stupid, there should be a special key that you must pass an exam to receive, that opens up a section on your keyboard, with a shiny red GTFO button. The exam stops abuses of the system, as this button will electrocute your conversational partner's keyboard for an amount of time that you choose; thereby forcing them to leave the computer. Hurray!

Hmm, I have a button with "^", "~" and "¨" (umlaut) right next to the enter key. I assumed all keyboards had some way to make umlauts. How do they expect you to write "Brütal"?!
