There's a "¬," and a "¦" next to the exclamation mark on my keyboard. ',:\

Well on american keyboards its the "`" and "~"

I'm guessing your using a European one. Which is different, for some reason...

The noob button
Say your playing a game and theres a noob that's being a complete idiot, you press this button and enter the noob's username, and it launches a program that traces his computer and embeds a virus that causes:
Documentation of all porn sites the target has visited, and having said document sent to everybody the target knows.
Deletion of all games from his computer.
Switching his background to a montage of his worst failures in game and in real life.
Every 5 minutes a popup appears that says "Stop being a noob, and learn to play properly".
This can be done multiple times, but on the 5th noob button on the same person, the virus causes the noob's computer to explode.

And a spell check button; for the amount we all use/need it it should be on the keyboard.

And for fun the 'science button' So you can stand back and try science. What it does, nobody knows.
