I can pick up video games pretty easily. My skills top off pretty early though.....
Not really good at anything else. My brothers have all the skills. The middle brother is a guitarist/skater/wants-to-be-an-artist/wants-to-be-a-bassist/wants-to-be-a-drummer. The young one is a really good artist and a to-be sax player. All I have is the ability to be a Grammar Nazi.

I'm a natural of understanding things. The only thing I'm not able to understand is why some people don't like District 9, seriously that movie was an instant classic.
As a gamer I find myself to be naturally good at accuracy.
I am also a master of spelling and I can imitate voices to an extent, specialising in accents.

Unsurprisingly, video games. Give me an hour with a game and I can be halfway through it on the harder difficulties. Other than that, if I am good at something I had to work to be as good as I am now.
Reading, writing, drawing, jumping, history and of course, the video games. But I fail at math badly, so I do think that people who are good at history generally suck at math.
I've also been told that I can easily analyze or even overanalyze most things. My mother was watching Bones while I was in the kitchen. I overheard the titular character break into what sounded like a prepared speech about why she liked freeform jazz or something. I walk by and my mother turns to me and says "You think just like her!" I really couldn't think of anything to counter that.

If anything, talking to people. Speaking, writing, languages, etc.
That, and voice acting. Every other skill I have is pretty much a "learned" thing.

Archery apparently. I picked up a bow at a medieval faire and started hitting all the targets I wanted to within my first 2 shots.

Also Gears of War. I never play it anymore but I still always manage to beat my friends that play it all the time.

Well I'm good at, Basketball (I hate basketball) Halo (I hate Halo) sniping ACTUAL targets (I haven't tried but I feel like I'm pretty good)
