This looks silly and extremely uncomfortable.

Personally I think we have it pretty much perfect with current underwear so let's not try to fix something that ain't broke.

It makes my heart swell with pride that humanity has finally reached such a level of technological advancement and that it's first use is to make tiny, tiny pants.

I'm not sure I follow.
You make it sound as if there was some other application of this technology.

Well that was another informative and NSFW image search in the office. They kinda look like a 14 year-old's idea of sexy. Fair play to anyone who wears them. I hope they never lose their grip/hold in a public place.

Uhm, no...

They look incredibly silly and stupid, and if something looks silly and stupid on people whos job it is to look good, it certainly wont look good on me! It also looks uncomfortable as hell, and I really REALLY hate that kind of 'intimate' underwear, if you understand what I mean...

And honestly, this is a rule I never really thought would have to be explicitly stated.

My butt crack feels uncomfortable just from looking at photos of the back of that thing. Not having tried it myself, I get the feeling that it would be difficult to keep in place, but maybe you just gotta wedge it up there real good. I'm having sweaty flashbacks to the time I accidentally bought a pair of thong underwear and tried to wear it anyway.
Well you're assuming the back bit nestles in your butt crack rather than ... well I'll leave it to your imagination.

As a guy, I think that if a girl I was with sported one of those, I'd have to stare. Not in lust or admiration, but in pure bewilderment. If my befuddled state of mind allowed me speech, my first words would possibly be something along the lines of "does... does it hurt to peel that off?"

God damn it women, put some proper clothes on for goodness sake. Just looking at this thing should give you the impression it's a bad idea!

Never substitute practicality and comfort for... fashion, is that what we're calling this?

It's an entirely valid excuse, since what business is it of you or I what other people wear under their clothes? Yeah, I can't imagine it being practical but it's no more offensive than a myriad of other odd fashion choices. Also, even though I'm a man I would totally wear one if it meant I would get a free ticket to visit Mars :)
Well okay okay maybe its more the idea that men are going out and buying these for thier girlfriends and expecting them to wear them, whilst having a bear gut and wearing the exact same clothes every day is totally okay for them.

What can i say, i have penis envy something fierce. I'd be fine with it if men had to wear sexy underwear too. I mean it itches and digs in for half an hour then they tear it off anyway. Or continue playing call of duty, depending on the day. And i want to be able to walk around topless too damnit.

Damn you men! *burns bra in rage*

....its been a long day
So, wait, it's okay for men to be slobs?!
Why did nobody tell me, damnit!

I agree with you, though, shirtlessness should be far more widespread, especially for women, but it's gonna be a long while before we're there, us men have to solve our hulking caveman urges first before we can allow that.

PS: I wear sexy undies for my girlfriend too, it's getting really competative. ^^

Besides the fact that it just doesn't look very comfortable, I can't say that it looks very attractive either. Maybe if the front bit was shaped differently, I could at least see how it could be considered "sexy." Although I'd rather more women wear boyshorts/girltrunks, personally, so I'm pretty sure stuff like this isn't meant to appeal to my tastes.

I already find womens underwear outside of standard lacy panties or even womens boxers to be unattractive and obnoxious. I've heard there are very few times where wearing (or the lack of wearing) this type of underwear is practical, but otherwise I'm not the target for girls wearing bits of string as "sexy".

Yeah, this looks fucking stupid. I don't know who would want to wear this other than porn stars and women who jump on fashion bandwagons.

Eugh. That just looks weird.

I mean, it's okay from the front, but just barely, but from the back, it just looks...well, it's weird to see something just end at the top of the buttcrack. It's like those crap-looking bras that have no vertical fastening.

Thongs look pretty crap, too, for the record.

lmao it looks goddamn ridiculous.
I don't find it attractive at all and I can't imagine it's even close to comfortable.
