Lol i'm in England. We don't have democracy, just a system of inconsequential prime ministers and an immortal, never changing overlord in Her Majesty the Queen.

Yeah pretty much on the banner, did it on photoshop with a little help from my mum (okay, a lot of help from my mum, but you'll understand why that's cooler than words can say in the next blog) , then I put it into my photos on Myspace and voila, instant url.

Why, you thinking of doing one?

Yea, I write the occasional review, and I have spare time today

It's like just the right amounts of nervous energy and a touch of madness have come together, and the outcome is smooth, and readable, and funny. Like, "I actually laughed" funny- "allow me to pop your White Power bubble with the red-hot poker of common sense" is just right. And "If you agree or disagree with anything I have said in this review, please feel free to argue it amongst yourselves in a futile attempt to convince strangers as stubborn as yourself that you are right. Then you can leave with feelings more extreme than when you started." is just forums all over. Still love 'em, though.

It's especially interesting for me because I don't play a lot of multiplayer games, what with my being too cheap to buy an Live subscription and wireless adapter, and me also being massively unconfortable around strangers, whether I can see their faces or not. Anonymity is no obstacle to my awkwardness!

I was a bit unsure about the layout, originally- all these red and large and bold bits. But it is readable, so it must be working, otherwise it wouldn't be. It can be a bit odd how the ideas are split more into sentences than paragraphs:

Lastly I want to make mention of the people who use the Eavesdrop perk.
Congratulations, you are using the most useless thing ever concocted by anyone, ever.
The most anyone talks about in normal games is how they should have got that kill and how the other person is cheating because this didn't happen. Either that or, as I've mentioned, how much they fancy their siblings.
In any case, not the kind of hot intel that turns the tide of war.
I'd like to see something written in a more traditional, paragraphy form, would be interesting. It wouldn't be as nervy and caffeiney, obviously, and I am a fusty old throwback-I shall investigateyour back catalogue! As the actor said to the bishop.

This is brilliant man, thanks.

Yeah the layout came from someone saying they had trouble keeping up with me when I jumped from subject to subject, I just find that having a definite break between |intro - characters - plot/good points - bad points - verdict| makes it easier for the mind to digest.
The same goes for the point you made about the paragraphs, really.

I have a lot of trouble with reading large groups of text, the words get jumbled and I get frustrated, like trying to undo knots in wires when you have no fingers.
It's not dyslexia, it just overloads my brain i think lol

And I cant recommend cod online enough really, as long as you ignore the occasional twonk you'll have a great time, and AI will never provide the challenges you need to test yourself.

Again man thanks for this, and the thing we talked about, I look forward to hearing from you again.

Good gracious! Is.. is it really you? Can it be so? It's been more than a year you gloriously magnificient bastard, why did you forsake us?

I only joined in August, near the end of your reign supreme over the User Reviews section, but I still knew the legend of Gigantor. I still reread your reviews to this day sirrah.

The few members of the old guard left will rejoice at your return, for you shall find the site a different place. Larger, friendlier even, but not the place you left.

Welcome home!

You can hold my candle anyday. Tee-hee, hyuck-hyuck. Your reviews, while being funny, also have the added bonus of you seeming to like games, which sometimes seems to be a problem with me. Doesn't help that the last game I played was The Last Remnant, which left me in a right jaded sense. But I'm optimistic for November! Dragons! Venice! Airport massacres! Hello of a month.

And Octorok, thanks very much. Genuine enthusiasm from people who read my stuff makes me want to write more, and make it better, hopefully, so it heartens me a big ol' amount.

Yeah i was looking forward to the last remnant until i heard that it was so laggy it was like watching a slide show.

I think some game called modern warfare II might be coming out this month.
I haven't really heard of it tbh, it's probably a poor man's medal of honour.

it'll never catch on.

This review was well put together. I found it funny and entertaining enough to read the whole thing (though certain spots seemed longer than necessary).

i like beating clans. especially when you make them think theyre not playing against another clan.

and the xbox party system is great for not listening to people. when you make them mad its funny to listen to.

Nice to see those things earning their bread, for the amount of trouble the fucking code puts me through lol

Haha thanks man, means a lot :D Looks a tad scruffy compared to the newer stuff, but I guess a bit of rough is never a bad thing...
