Call of Cthulhu: Day two

Ok, like Larenxis's DnD play by post, I was thinking of getting a Call of Cthulhu senario up and running. Although there are alot of these Rp's going on at current, this one will seem at a steadier pace then most. I guess I'm just giving the call (of Cthulhu) to see if anyone's interested in joining in?

Hmm, well I guess we will get people to join up forst. once we have enough investigators, I'll hand out the character sheets to people and tell them how to make their's up. It's a lot more simple then DnD so it won't take long.

So long as you have a D100 D10 and a D6 you should be good.

I'd like to try it out also. I've never played D&D or any d20 game before, but I've read most D&D sourcebooks (I was bored, 'kay? ) so I know pretty much about it nonetheless.

One thing I need to know though: would we need any books or something ourselves? Or will PurpleRain explain what we're supposed to do and how?
