Definitely looks good. I'll wait for the reviews before I consider getting it, but knowing the bias present in the industry these days, critics will rate it lower than MW2 simply for the fact it isn't made by Infinity Ward or has the words "Modern Warfare" in it. I think Treyarch could very well make a better game than MW2. I hope, for the PC crowd's sake, they opt to leave dedicated servers in for the multiplayer.

I just got an e-mail from Amazon shouting at me "BUY THIS GAME!" and I decided to ignore the request seeming as I knew nothing about it. After watching this video I now know even less but want to buy it.

It's certainly dark and gritty but it doesn't really tell us much about the game. Still, even though I've never been that big of a Call of Duty fan I'll at least keep my eyes on for this one because it could well prove interesting.
You never know.

This is what I gather from the trailer:
1. We're actually playing a real person, not just footsoldier #123
2. The story is told from someone looking back on the events
3. Guerrilla warfare is involved
4. It's a lot more tropical than post CoD games.
5. It makes me excited

mmm the trailer wasn't super great but hey could be cool (I thought the MW2 teasers were intense)
thought there was to be a vietnam game? ah well we'll see, cuz Medal of Honor is shaping up pretty well too

SR71 spy plane... could be one of your intel sources or possibly one pulls a U-2 so you have to go fetch intel and slag the tech.
