I don't know what there is to rant about. Yea, its a little demeaning because essentially its same as "artf*g" but its the internet and what can you productively do? I am sure a few will wear it proud and say it loud but I think you are going to have the people who are offended and proud of whatever you want to title them. I know I have called a madden fan or two things I won't say out loud.

I think its funny, that as the elitist of the gaming community we get less respect than lets say... the "moderate" gamer. The type of gamer that has done everything to fall in the exact middle where they can't be called this or that because they are no more this than they are that. Between all that hardcore and casual falderal, people are obsessed with labels. This quiz in a way exemplifies that. I may be a pretentionist, but, I just simply love games in that scope and to that degree.

Nah. I think it is accurate for me. I certainly feel my collection is superior than my friends, mostly because my friends only really play Halo 3, MW2, and Gears.

What you need to do is write a really long article about it making sure to include lots of ironic and post modernist links to tvtropes and cracked.com. We shouldn't be in any doubt by the end of it just exactly how the unsophisticated nerds are ruining everything for all the decent people on the internet.
