Calling all single people, what are you doing to survive the 14th?

I'm going out into the streets, shouting at every non-single person for buying into and being blinded by the corporate sham that is Valentine's Day while I feel depressed and lonely because I have no one.

I'll probably go home and play some Skyrim or something after that.

Probably doing my regular routine:

Go to work, go home, do a bit of homework for college, and spend the rest of the day playing vidya games and surfin' the web.

You never know though. I could find that special someone between now and then and then I'll get to actually do something with her!

I stopped caring about Valentine's Day so long ago that I forgot what day it was. Oops, I suppose. It'll probably be like any other day to me.

If I remember correctly, there are a much higher (I think the highest) number of suicides around Valentines Day. Personally, it's just another day for me.

I am playing games all day and doing a group skype call. Anyone who wants in is free to join. Just have to be on Skype friends list with me or a few other escapists(whom I can't remember their usernames right now). Yay for voice calls and gaming! and some of the people who I've told are also in relationships, some aren't. I don't discriminate between single and non single people. That is my way of ignoring it. And its not surviving its just refusing to acknowledge a bullshite holiday just to show someone you "love" them. If you really love someone show them every damn day not just one day a year.

Since I am single, I don't really get dragged out of the house all that much ;P. As such, Im gonna spend valentines day sitting in my house, playing 13-2 and doing homework.

Going about my normal life. It's just another day. I have assignments to do that day, so it really doesn't matter whether I have a mate or a date. And personally, I like Singles Awareness day. I can buy a big box of chocolate for myself and no one gives me a weird look.
