Can i run LA noire on my PC?

I hve a fairly good PC, accept my CPU, and that was my ultimate flaw when i was trying to run and play GTA IV... But other than that i can play Assassins creed on the highest settings, Metro 2033, Stalker call of pripyat, ETC... But i'm a bit worried that i will be able to run LA noire. And since i know nothing about PC's i'm asking you guys. Here are my specs;

CPU; Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz
CPU Speed; 3.00 GHZ
Ram: 3.00GB
Graphics Card; GeForce 8800 GT(2x)

So what do you guys think? Will it run well on my Pc or should i hold out for a ocnsole version?

Hmm, I guess it will be.

I went with the console version. I'm sure it will look nice on either platform of play.

Yeah but i prefer playing on my Pc... Not particularly fond of playing it with my Xbox
