Can my computer run Skyrim?

Hi guys. Yeah just wondering whether the old rig is going to be able to cope. Im gonna guess no but I can dream. Otherwise I'm either going to have to buy an xbox/some new kit...

Also if its a no, I'm sort of torn whether to choose graphics or mods. I loved the mods on Oblivion but it would be nice to play a game with nice graphics for once. Plus there will be dlc....

You should be able to run it, as it's been crippled for consoles. Your processor (a couple of models down from mine) is a bit low end for modern stuff. See if you can fit a Phenom Quad core in that motherboard.

May also need a new graphics card depending on which 4800 you've got. Have a look at a GTX 460 or 560 Ti
