Can someone please convince me SWTOR will not be a WoW clone with cutscenes?

Again: Joking post that I thought was pretty obvious. You asked. Then I answered. Believe whatever makes your brain happy. It couldn't matter any less to me if I tried. I never claimed to "have the scoop" or be the ancient beholder of some secret bit of info. You asked what I based a (clearly joking) post on and I told you.

If you didn't want to know, stop quoting me so you'll stop showing up in my inbox. We'll probably both be better off that way.

When I read this I just thought: Wooooah, you can make is show up in your inbox? FANCY.


Also, I don't like MMOs, and I don't have the money, so I personally won't be playing it. HOWEVER. I reaaaally want this to do well. They poured a lot of money into this project. If they do well, they'll probably have the leway to make things I actually want, like a proper KotOR 3.

Or my wild hope that instead of making that Mass Effect MMO they're probably thinking about making, they instead make a game where you play an asari justicar, or another SPECTRE (that actually focuses on that and doesn't forget about it right away dammit).
