Can we talk about Sonic Mania?

Beat it. Beat the last boss on my first try this time. I'm not as jaded about the game as I was yesterday, but I don't think it's as good as most people think. The games it's aping were better.

Also, developers, stop making your games pause when I go to another window. I wanna listen to the end theme, but I don't wanna watch your long, boring credits.

What didn't you like about it exactly? The bosses? The stage layout?

The thing that makes me mad Sonic didn't fall out of grace for me until Sonic Generations because the handheld version was trash. Until then, most of the Sonic games on handheld were premo. I wish they got Dimps to make more handheld games.
