insane, though breaking the salt shell is a ***** XD I had four side-by-side, and finding a place to start cracking the scalding-hot carapace takes
time. If you're serving it as part of a meal, allow like 10 mins of salt-cracking time if you're doing four fish - otherwise everything gets a little cold
