I don't think so... Some of the scenarios are indeed far more deadly than a zombie attack (more challenge!), but others are are not. The one with the dragons, for example, is really far more scary than it is actually dangerous. As some have already mentioned, a modern jet fighter can take down eight dragons at the press of a button, so it's really more about escaping to somewhere fireproof and waiting for the military...
