Only in survival situations. I believe I have been told that cannabilistic animals have the risk of generating new diseases - not sure how, but I recall BSE was linked to that somehow.

Although I always found it funny that sea gulls will eat chicken (if you throw it to them)
I would only eat human flesh if it meant I would survive a terrible situation (e.g 'Alive')

For a couple of seconds I thought you were talking about people smoking weed(Cannabis), as "they are eating it".

Cannibalism sounds like pacific tribes eating their enemies. Actually I would give a taste, but if it was made like a normal meat, and it also depends which part.
