I've been hoping to not see this. Actually, pretty much only the Bloc Québécois and the Parti Québécois tries to make it french dominant.
The liberals are pretty much the people pleaser between Canada and Quebec
If you go to Montreal or some towns near Ontario, you'll meet more bilingual towns (Montreal is one the most cultural cities in Canada anyway. You'll meet more diverse folks than a full Quebecois. You can even live with only a little knowledge of french in Montreal).
If you're english, you'll only try to skip Quebec City and a few rural towns. God, those places are judgemental sometimes.
