Well, how do you know. If you were to say that most people in America or Britain or some other developed country jacked off, I probably wouldn't dispute it. But we can't just assume that people in other countries do likewise.

Not just developed, undeveloped too, jerkin' it isn't some recently discovered technology mind you. But assuming that most people don't when it's not only safe to assume; but I'm pretty sure if you were to look hard enough, proven; is not a very good policy in my opinion.
