Cannibalism leads to all kinds of shit happening to your body, like this [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creutzfeldt%E2%80%93Jakob_disease].
No thanks.
On a side note - human flesh tastes very much like pork.
Actually you only get a bunch of those if you eat the brain or central nervous system. That is where you get the prions, those are what cause the sickness. You can also get it from cows etc by eating the infected tissue. However even if a cow or human has the disease you will not get it by eating properly cooked flesh that is is not contaminated by central nervous tissue. In other words don't crack the damn bones.
Not that you don't have to worry about another huge range other illnesses from eathing people.

According to kosher eating rules, human flesh is, in fact, kosher(meat). However, the flesh of another canibal is not. Go figure. I do not recommend human gribbinitz.
Kosher follows the biblical rules all laid down in Leviticus and Deuteronomy and some rabbinical rulings that came about as time went on, but it is all built from those two books. http://www.jewfaq.org/kashrut.htm#Animals Basically you can eat any land mammal that has a cloven hoof and chews its cud. Does not sound like a apt description of people to me.
On Topic:
I think I have said it again and again, human flesh is just meat. But it is not a healthy diet. On top of that you can get all kinds of diseases. Historically it has only been practiced as a part of a ritual, or practiced in times of extreme famine, and always on the other guys. You also seem so seriously deranged individuals popping up now and again who kill simply to eat some of the more loaded parts of a person. By loaded I mean viewed as more important, the brain, eyes (window to the soul), the heart, the genitals, the face, etc.
I myself will probably never eat human flesh, and you know what? I don't really think I am missing anything. I will never eat a badgers asshole, not really in a rush to try that either.
