At the very least I hope we get some kind of conclusion to this other arch he has. Killed because he just can't step down from a fight. Or realises that sometimes it's necessary to step down from a fight.

Or he fakes his own death and lays low for the "rest" of his life... all while [REDACTED] becomes the next Captain America...

OT: I... thought this was common knowledge... or was it just a soon-to-be-true rumor after the Phase 3 planning was first finalized pre-Spider-Man shift?

Other than that, when's Cap's second directed movie coming out?

They won't kill Cap in Civil War. Now will he likely go out in Infinity War so Evans can try directing? I can see that, he only has so many movies on his contract before Marvel has to re-up him or let him sit out. My predictions are spoilered but anyone on this thread probably doesn't care

So in Age of Ultron when they're all drinking and trying to move Thor's hammer, Cap actually moves the darn thing. What I see happening is Thanos ends up taking out the rest of the Avengers' heavy hitters because they actually pose a threat to him, Thor and Vision through sheer strength, Scarlet Witch's magic, Iron Man's firepower. Cap? Not even worth considering a threat. Cap goes for the hammer in desperation, levels Thanos with it but gets mortally wounded. They return him to the ice (to dethaw if they want to bring him back later) and Falcon or the Winter Soldier takes up the mantle of Captain America. Gives us (finally) a main character death and opens up another actor with many more films to play the character

I have a question is the second Captain America movie worth watching? I tried to watch the first one but I couldn't get into it. I found it too corny

Captain is pretty boring to be honest. The movies he are in are good, but its not the Captain that makes them good its just them being MCU movies. Hes not the best business investment either, most of Hollywoods money is from overseas. I know most people I knew personally werent very interested in Captain Americas first movie and I gave it a miss in cinema and didnt see it till people told me it was actually pretty good. I was expecting some super patriotic thing about America, and patriotism doesnt really work on people when its not your country. First impression of just hearing the name 'Captain America' to an Australian doesnt sound very interesting.

Give us a movie with the Avengers Hulk maybe? Planet Hulk would probably be asking too much but they made Guardians of the Galaxy work....

Huhhh. The entire MCU is pretty corny, when you get right down to it. I liked Winter Soldier, in great part because of Black Widow, who handily steals the movie. I don't think it's as corny as the first CapAm, but it's still MCU...
