I was looking at this article, and it seems that this car could make life a lot easier for a lot of people. It could lead to less pollution and traffic, lots of bonuses for people who live in he city, and all this for a low cost as well

It seems like it could be a really innovative design.

So what are your opinions?

How... how would you fit in?

And what if you want to take stuff with you. Where does that go?

Looking at the model, no one would drive that. The car of the future for me will always be the floating ones from Blade Runner, Fifth Element etc. If the future isn't like that I'm going to be sorely disappointed.

As long as the car of the future isn't that idiotic (overpriced, spaceless, not even that great gas mileage) Smart Car.

I'm a Honda loyalist, myself.

May be something they may drive in Europe and Asia but in the US it may not be so popular even though its kind of an interesting design.

I'll stick with The Berlingo, although I could probably fit one of those in the boot.

I fucking loathe it.

I like plenty of small cars but that thing is shit. I can guarantee that it's less safe than almost any popular production car out, or at least any car worth buying that is.

They say it fits three when they mean it fits one and a half. Could you even imagine what that would look like when it crashed.

I will be horrified if that's sold here.

Also, we don't need smaller cars! Why do people think that they're more convenient. You will not be driving two in one lane and you'll still take up a space in the grid lock.

I'm sorry but this is not a good thing.

Seems like a nightmare for tall people. And road trips.

I do not approve.

Crazy Europeans.

Yeah I've seen a similar one on Top Gear, they look really practical as a city vehicle in terms of space and not polluting, but.. aesthetically they're horrible and I'm pretty sure they suck for your spine, sitting in one didn't seem at all natural.

I preferred BMW's concept trike (link: http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/09/bmw-simple-concept/ ), that was pretty cool and futuristic... shame it'll probably never reach the production line.

Too small and impractical. I say lets try saving the planet before we start creating new and initiative cars.

great, I'll take your word over the word of the formula one technician with a degree in engineering. Ok pack it up, doesn't matter what the tests show, this kid with absolutely no experience says it's garbage, and who are we actual engineers to question him?

OP: looks interesting, would be great for China and India.
Let me clarify, the t.25 is shit.

I'm not questioning his fabrication method, but simple physics dictate that in a crash the body of a passenger needs cushioning to stop slowly. That car will not provide said cushioning. The crashes would be horrific.

I'm sick to death of people buying smaller and smaller, less safe cars and complaining about how many deaths there are on the roads.

Is that thing even safe? I mean having a crash in a thing like that doesn't look like it would end well.

Looks ok if you're single (or have midgets for family) and live in a town.

If you have a family, live in the country, or need to carry anything more than a bit of shopping then it looks fucking crap.
