I used to be transphobic, until I done opened my mind, kids. People have free will. If a person is uncomfortable as the gender they were born to, they should be free to decide to live in a way that best suits them. Also, there's some genetics and shit to it. Like, I think I read that many pre-transgendered people tend to have more of the opposite hormone or something, I dunno. All I know is, if you're not happy, you should do what's right for you. I support it and so should you, if you value a person's right to personal choice.
Whassamatta? Really, whassamatta? Too abnormal for you? You scared, dawg? If I can overcome my bigoted transphobia and respect these people on the most basic of levels, so can you. Watch more stuff about transgender people, featuring transgender people. the more exposure you have to groups and people who make you uncomfortable, the easier it gets. Just some advice for those of you who can't seem to watch her review.
Another tip: trans folks prefer to be referred to as the gender they wish to or have become. Don't call another human being an "it."
