Johnny Test - The show's ingenious in some ways.
Venture Brothers - Would that I could consistently record it.

Ed, Edd, n' Eddy easily. The (Earlier) Simpsons, Futurama, and King of the Hill.

And let's not forget everyone's favorite, purple, scared little pansy: Courage the Cowardly Dog.
[sub]Though it scared me half to death when I was younger.[/sub]

On an Anime front: Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Death Note, NGE, and Paranoia Agent. Each respectively awesome in their own merits, though Bebop blends Americana Jazz and a futuristic setting perfectly.
While Champloo (Created by the same man behind Bebop) is the exact opposite. Sporting a setting of Fedual Japan and a 'Champloo' (Or mix, if you will) with new age hip hop.

Futurama, KaBlam!, and, though I may regret saying this, Spongebob.
Agree with all of this, also you shouldn't regret liking Spongebob, that show is hillarious.

Also I would like to add Courge the Cowardly dog as another favourite of mine.

Futurama, Ed Edd n' Eddy, Samurai Jack and tons of others that were on Cartoon Network before it started to cater towards brain-damaged offsprings of brain-damaged parents.

Oh, I'm sorry, I mean today's children.
