I swore off WoW last september after spending an entire month leveling a DK and Druid only to realize how much of a waste it is. That being said, cataclysm does kind of make the game feel like World of Warcraft 2, so I might be up for it.
That being said, I'm pretty into Star Trek Online, so if blizzard ever comes out with say, a Starcraft Online, I might be up for that.
I haven't played the game in a few years (I quit during BC) but I was a Tauren Druid. I'm going to get the game in a month or so and send my character to a different realm as well as switching factions. So my main will be a Night Elf Druid (which is new to me!!) and I'm going to end up making either a Worgen Hunter or a Worgen Mage. And again, because I haven't played Alliance before, I might make a Draenei Shaman (which would be new to me).
That wasn't just new race/class combinations, that was just my plan in general, but you get the idea. Worgen DPSing.

Assuming I'm still playing, I'll be race changing my now leveling druid to Troll. Trolls are the dopest race ever.
As for a new combo to level? That'd be my Goblin Priest. Goblins are looking like they're going to be STUPID awesome and I love me some casters. Besides, I've got most of the heirlooms for a good priest set anyway. I was originally going to make a Goblin rogue but quickly realized everyone and their mother's will be doing that. So priest it is.
But I will be an engineer...obviously.

Another thing I think is cool about Goblins and Worgens is that they didn't choose their destiny, they were thrown into it...
The Bilgewater Goblins; perfectly happy with their neutrality, had to make some difficult decisions in order to survive... They brandished the nearest Sword, dagger, and stave and joined the ranks of the Horde...
Genn Graymane cut off all ties from the Alliance and the oustside world, a decision that would alter his people forever... But due to the Cataclysmic change in Azeroth, ties between these former allies had to be reforged, and thus, the Worgen joined the Alliance...
