Gamestop and VGP should ship the artbook and CD version internationally, from what I can tell.

And yet, I would find myself buyiong this. Provided it was the same in the UK release, assuming there is one. Not because of the pillowcase, or the boxers, but purely because I WANT THAT T-SHIRT!!!!! Except I'm a men's medium, so the t-shirt would be too big for me. Oh well, I could always just deliberately shrink it in the wash once or something...

It's merchandise from the game and very appropriate. And also freaking awesome.
Sure.. underwear.. it's the same as getting some other piece of merch. You don't have to wear it, you just love it and hate your self for spending ~$80 on a pair of new undies that are too large for you. I'm not projecting.

Any previous notions toward maturity I was willing to give this game are gone. It's a glorified porn game, dammit, with a backstory and some platforming sections. Sorry, people, until it proves me wrong I'm stuck with that. This is slightly distasteful...

The only one I'll give you is the pillowcase, which is an odd thing to see in the West, granted, but on what merit can you call this a porn game?

The game is rated "C" by CERO which not only by definition means it's not pornography [small](CERO doesn't rate porn)[/small], but also that it's on the same rating as Record of Agarest War, a game that got a Teen rating from the ESRB and a 12 from ye olde PEGI.

I'm not saying Catherine will necessarily get that rating. The ESRB will probably give it an MA anyway (although Teen wouldn't surprise me much either), and PEGI may well follow suit with a 16, but that still doesn't explain your conclusion.

In what universe does any of this translate to "glorified porn game"?
