So, i think this has been done before but who cares?
The objective of the game is to think of ANY game what so ever, whether it be pokemon or COD. Now, change a letter of the game. An example for this would be (this will be my game btw)
mass effect -> Bass effect, a wonderful, child friendly game about fishing for bass in the outer reaches of space and selling them for a healthy profit.

My pick would be Dioshock (after the band Dio). The game would be about Ronnie James Dio not actually dead but taken by aliens and the protagonist(you) would accidentally find this alien world 200 years later in the same shape Rapture was in Bioshock. The reason for the fall of alien society would be connected to Dio's music and mystery would be revealed through CD booklets and the song lyrics put in context. The soundtrack would be obvious and the final boss fight would feature Holy Diver.
