Hearts of Irony. A World War II RTS where national ideologies and events are switched (USA preemptively bombs Japanese naval base, Italy's army is composed of heavy armor and Germany's is a pathetic collection of disorganized infantry, etc).
Fare Cry 2. You play as a taxi driver in Africa who must drive fares through incessantly respawning checkpoints to reach their destination. You also have malaria.
Mortal Combat. Several entirely uninteresting martial arts experts fight each other absent any sort of special moves. On the other hand, the movies don't suck.
That's all I can think of.

SWAG 4. You and your highly trained squad of dirty SWAT officers must move tactically through buildings occupied by criminals. Your goal is to steal as much crap as you can and also arrest the suspects if you feel like it. Or just shoot them, who's gonna know?

In this game, you control the chairman Mao as you run throughout China in attempt to stop the evil force known only as Capitalism (and apparently, this is the second time he's done it, as this game is a sequel). The leveling system in this game is quite unique though. You start out at level 9001, while all the enemies are level 1.

Dead Riding 2 - Two ways this could go, competitive zombie racing, or necrophilia. YOU DECIDE!
Red Mead Redemption - You play as an aging, remorseful Erik the Red, fuel by rage and mead, you must slaughter your way through the viking world while simultaneously protecting your territories, raiding coastal villages, and exploring the newfound territory of Greenland.
Saints Bow 2 - An archery based crime game, set in the middle ages.
Fatman: Arkham Asylum (I'm running out of steam okay?) - Arkham Asylum, but you're just a fat guy trying to survive until Batman can rescue your doughy ass.
All Out: New Vegas - Stretching the rules a bit, I know, but still. I don't know, I'm pretty much seeing the movies Faster and Payback set in New Vegas, as you cut a bloody, path through those who wronged you.
The Legend of Zelda: Mind Waker - Wind Waker meets Psychonauts, you're welcome.
Brand Theft Auto - The thrilling saga of copyright cop, as you violently crack down on counter fit merchandise, using a fully automatic machine gun.
True Grime - You are a garbage man, you must clean the trash off the streets, and some of that trash is human. Very noir, lots of manly narration.
Incidentally, I would play all those games, even Dead Riding, whichever way it went.
Cod of War. Too bad the developers already did it.
Call off Duty - you are at home, watching TV, when you get a phone call. Also, nukes.
