I would accept the 30 day offer, if just for the experience. I would record all the variable things that happened, and set up a detailed point by point comparison between the two. I would compare muscle mass, bone density, endurance, and other physical variables, then try to get CAT scans of my entire body, in both states, to compare what changes. I would then focus on getting detailed MRI scans taken of my brain in both states, while being shown a series of predetermined images to determine how my brain processes the information in both states. I would meet with a psychiatrist, to determine and document the psychology which drives the genders. I would take blood samples, to analyze the changes in metabolism, and hormones. DNA samples would be taken for the sake of comparison, and I would schedule detailed physicals with a licensed physician to determine what changed, and in what manner. I would also attempt to analyze the situation from a social standpoint, and try to measure how people treat the two genders differently, as well as how they react in certain situations. I would take samples of urine, blood, and menstrual fluid, then hire a lab to analyze them, comparing them to natural members of that gender. I would also attempt to get a cluster of eggs removed, for the sake of analysis and documentation. I would also document the experience of coital and non-coital intercourse, and try to determine how the genders experience it differently (I would attempt to image the entire process in an MRI machine, if at all possible). Then, if I had the time, and had decided to remain female, I would document the effects of pregnancy, in a before, during, and after state. I would publish the results and measurements taken throughout the entire process; I believe that it might be enlightening to understand the experiences of both genders, and to be able to draw comparisons between the two. The experience as a whole might give modern medicine, and psychology a better understanding of humanity.
