Here here. It's definitely a game you can pretty much just play through. A friend and I took turns on it so we could go to class and then filled the other in on what happened... although we were still in Chemistry 5 until waaay into the Endless Summer. That timing shit was hard. XD

Easy, easy.

I loved MGS, and it is in fact on my top ten list (list deleted by moderaters). The thing is that the games have about 50% more story than they need. Case in point, in part 2 when Emma dies, there are 3 cutscenes in a row of Otacon crying. It was a powerful and emotional scene, but when he starts talking about his affair with their stepmom I just started going 'Unskippable' on it.

No question the games are high quality, but they're just a little too verbose for my tastes.

Link, he doesn't ever talk except for grunts and yelling. He would be trustworthy, but no fun to be around. Also, Alex Mercer, he will most likely kill you even if he doesn't mean to, just because you are on the same street as him when he is angry.
