I've got my two:
Kaidan Alenko
and
Joanna Dark
(Ok, so I couldn't decide which pic to put, so I stuck in both.)
So, let me explain. Kaidan I always had with me in ME1 (save for when I had him go w/ the salarians), and I just really enjoyed his character... and his looks... and the sound of his voice - wait, I'm going into creepsville - anyway, I enjoyed his character and I think the fact that he was my Shep's love interest kind of rubbed off on me. Also, when deciding on the second half of my pen name, I decided on Alenko since a) it sounded good with Soren b) I wanted something to show my love for the Mass Effect series (although a few people have taken it to mean that I'm udderly obsessed with the character, which I'm not... at least not very.)
Joanna has proven to be a great inspiration for me, (Perfect Dark Zero inspiring me to write a series of books) and her character is just so lovable in the books (of which I believe are the best books I've ever read). Also, Joanna made for a really great cosplay [http://www.cosplay.com/costume/322846/].
