Dawn from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, what a useless character. She just saunters around for a few seasons being annoying and useless.
"Oh, Buffy died? How selfish of her, what about me and my useless feelings of uselessness?"
Did I mention useless?

Ruby Rohd, the fifth element. He's just so loud and annoying and he refuses to shut up.
You mean Chris Tucker? /shudder

Yeah, he was especially bad in that movie. Did he really need to make high pitched screams every 10 minutes? At least he appeared in it late. And the movie was enjoyable in spite of him.

Yeah, Peggy boggles the mind sometimes.
OP: The character of Rachel in the Nolan Batman movies really hampered my ability to love them. She was so dull and a buzzkill.
I see what you did there...

But yeah, I agree with the OP 100% but I still love the show. There are actually shows where she gets made a fool of, but sadly most of the time she does get away with being the pompous ass she is...
Yeah, that was a pretty good one.

Still, I just found her so infuriating. It was like she was designed specifically to piss me off. Even the episodes I saw where she did get owned, she didn't seem too fazed by it. Perhaps she's mentally impaired...

Brian Griffin comes immediately to mind. Family Guy is funny to me even if it's probably the hippest, coolest thing to hate right now that isn't a video game or a fifteen-year-old Canadian castrato, but Seth MacFarlane's self-insert mouthpiece really annoys me. The best episodes are the ones that hardly feature Brian at all. I mean, yes, the show has its fair share of problems, such as Seth MacFarlane's intense and undying hatred of women, but if Brian were killed off or removed from the show somehow(have him move to Venice, the smug hipster jackass), that would be such an improvement.
I take it you a big a Quagmire fan then?

Also, the girl in Temple of Doom. Stop. Fucking. Screaming!!!!
Oh god, this, this is it. I don't know what's with Temple of Doom, but I hated just about every character in that movie except for the Jones himself. But out of all my hate that chick takes the cake. Her entire existence, both as an actor as a character is simply "I'm here because I'm fucking someone important." In the case of the character, the only reason I can see for Indiana to not have shot her and saved himself a lot of trouble, is that he was getting his bones jumped. And of course I don't need to explain to everyone that the actress only got the part because she was married to the director.

I really really hate ninja ninja from afro samurai he ruined so much of that show because he wouldn't shut up then like the next to last episode of the first season they killed him off I was so happy and he never reappeared in season 2 at least I don't think he did, if he did I probably blocked it out from the trauma it would cause me to acknowledge he was alive again, and the fact that he's dead made season 2 infinitely better than the first

also victims in crime shows are usually annoying and stupid, on criminal minds a teens father is killed and the murderer has kidnapped the teen and the murderer while drunk gives the teen a knife and the teen doesn't stab him or knock him out or tie him up with all the ropes that were laying everwhere the teen just puts the kinfe on the table and waits for the criminal to get sober and threaten his life again and the teen wanted to live so everything he did made no sense at all.
