hmm... pick any one of the villains/support characters from the Tomb Raider series.

Pfft. Pierre and Larson made the first Tomb Raider game. Her attitude towards the male characters in that game is what made her a "feminist icon". She was the first female lead that was strong and independant, without being a mega *****. The massive tits kind of belittled that though.

It would have to be someone bland, boring, unlikeable and unmemorable so no qualities, good or bad can make someone interested enough a fan so...

although there is quite a bit of claveige so even thats hard to tell, maybe this one then...

Dude has an annoying voice for starters, then tries to kill you, then pretends to be normal, then turns evil and then has the guts to beg you to save his pathetic life! And if you kill him, you get the bad ending!

Such a pity, it was the precursor to Fire Emblem.

Anyway, it had one character who was entirely forgettable, I don't remember his name (exactly), but he climbed up the cliff after the Laser Eye battle. He was a good fighter at first, but he didn't actually advance much.

As for hated characters, who actually LIKED "Jogurt the Yogurt" (same game)? But I sometimes see him on Escapist avatars...

I LOVE Shining Force! I didn't mind that guy (Pelle, I believe?) but Jogurt was an awful, awful character.

To contribute: any character from Game Dogs (with the small, small possibility of an exception for Mr. Yee).

I'm pretty sure that the term "fan" comes from the word "fanatic" in the way that someone is "fanatical" about something or someone. Now, people can be fanatical about something in both a positive and negative sense. For example, Jar Jar Binks. Everybody hates him. Everybody talks about hating him. Everybody is a fanatic. See where I'm going with this?

So a lot of people just disliking a character doesn't mean the same as the character having zero fans. In some ways, Jar Jar has more fans that any other Star Wars character in the history of the film.

In actuality, it's impossible to have "zero fans".

Anyway judging by all the people complaing about the default character settings in Mass Effect II I'd say the human ambassoder Donnel Udina from Mass Effect I. Honestly who picked him to be on the council and not Captain Anderson who was voiced by Keith David? Anyone?

Who is this fat guy? Im trying to place him but can't for the life of me figure out who you are talking about.

the guy on the screen during the countdown, hes there other times but thats probably his most memorable moment, also the moment where he is the least obnoxious.
