Since they had Crossbone in Captain American: The Winter Soilder, I don't see why they couldn't add Taskmaster into the MCU since he is a mercanary by trade. His ability alone (minic via visual) will put Cap, Black Widow and Hawkeye on their toes!
Granted if they going to add him, they should used this version of his costume-
No offence but I doubt they can pull of his iconic white cape with hood without it looking silly! Even the Udon version make his skull mask look cool than his usual look trying to look like a living fleshy skull!

I only recently heard of Squirrel Girl, but from what I've read about her, she gets my vote. I think they could do great and hilarious things with her.

Luke Cage and Iron Fist are both confirmed to be showing up via Netflix alongside Daredevil and Jessica Jones before all four of them team up for The Defenders. Though I admit I'm not sure if they plan on doing any just Iron Fist/Luke Cage Heroes for Hire arcs.
