Eternal Sonata. For the first few hours I switched back and forth between English and Japanese voice actors, trying to figure out which was less annoying.

It was a tie, so I tried to kill myself with an eggbeater instead.

"FORGET THE PAIN THAT YOU FELT IN THE DREAM." See, I just typed that particular jewel from memory because it has been forever implanted in my sorry sadsack brain.

House of the Dead 2.

"Dogs of the AMS time they made a move" really stands out for my but the voice actor did like several people and they were all so robotic and terrible that it was a joy to hear.

I replayed Resident Evil 4 recently and just about every other line has me laughing from its stupidity.

What did you say?! Insect lives don't compare to human lives!

All the Soulcalibur 2-3-4 on PS2 . The cheesy voice acting in those games actually increase their monetary worth. It's fun that you have the option to play all their voice acting lines in the options.

"I want to be the one to fill your dark soul with LIIIIIGGGHHHT..." stand outs well. Kudos goes to Capcom, with the majority of the lines in Devil May Crys 1 through 4 have a certain whiff of stilton about them.

"I'm not going to kill her....yet" number one intimidating phrase of all time, a la Angus (awesome name by the way ¬_¬)

"I need to use the bathroom!", from the original Hitman.

Also, Master of Unlocking is a classic.

It helps to imagine that they're actually saying this: http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/archive/20060722-1005.htm

Scroll down a bit, to the part that says "dramatis personae"

For voice acting, there's always Chaos Wars. There are some heelarious videos of the voice acting in that game.. it's REALLY bad.
He's not kidding. I've seen the videos. The reason behind that, if I recall correctly, is that the guy in charge of the game decided that he and all of his OWN family members should do the voice acting...

Awww, you had to go and mention that. I liked that game, and I thought the voice acting was kind of a guilty pleasure. [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Ptitlethsq3mffp09i?from=Main.SoBadItsGood]

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say we should just award it to the Resident Evil series in general. Going through the games and finding lines that AREN'T mind-numbungly painful is probably a much shorter list.

Time Splittlers future perfect is chocked full of these!
I love the cheesiness of Future Perfect, so hilarious. ^_^

Devil May Cry games have got to be mentioned in this thread, thier full of cheesey voice acting.

Also i recently played an rts game called Paraworld, it's practically made of cheese. The only game i have ever played where i actually skipped all the dialogue cause it was so terrible. There is one character i think is 'supposed' to be cool cause he always says dude, yo and bro. Problem is he looks like a 40 year old with the worst set of sideburn i have ever seen in a game. =P

Wow. We're at the second page and no one has specifically mentioned Dante's puberty-inducing "LIIIIGGGGHHHTTT" moment.

...and if you have no idea what I'm talking about:

Neverwinter Nights had a particularly memorable one for me at the end of an act. Desther, supposed paladin and upholder of Law and Justice, reveals himself to be The Dragon, and the person who trusted him the most can muster nothing but the cheesiest: "DESTHEEERRRR! NOOOOOOOOOO!" My girlfriend and I lay on the floor, crying from laughter, when we first heard it.

Seriously man? The English or the Japanese?

Sorry, I make a repetitive habit out of dissing Eternal Sonata. It's kind of like my second job. Maybe I'm just trying to delay the inevitable... one day I will have to play past chapter 5, or just throw the thing off my balcony once and for all.

As bad as a lot of the aforementioned lines are, I think the gold medal in this category should always go to these immortal sentences from "Castlevania: Symphony of the Night":

"What is a man? A miserable little pile of secrets. But enough talk...Have at you!"

Granted, the Castlevania series has its fair share of unbelievably cringeworthy lines (the Castlevania 3 intro text famously states that Dracula wants to create "a bad world filled with evil"), but the sheer incomprehensible pretentiousness of "a miserable little pile of secrets" combined with the awful over-the-top delivery by the voice "actor" is unmatched in the history of video gaming.

For a quick reminder, start at 2:35 in the following video (needless to say the rest of the dialogue is almost equally hilarious):
