Your right he is guilty of something. However what hes ACTUALLY guilty of is different from what they are charging him with.

Maybe he should get a small fine for using the kids w/o permission in the video, but he should face charges with regards to sexual misconduct. Also the video is on youtube, no one forces you to watch youtube. If you click on a video and dont like what you see, thumbs down it and dont go on youtube any more. The word 'Obscene' is meaningless on the internet because there is someone, somewhere out there that can find anything and everything on the internet 'obscene'.
